About Sarah-Jane

I am a transformational life coach, spiritual counsellor, hereditary shaman, astrologer, teacher and writer. I have learnt a great many skills and healing techniques over the years whilst studying many different philosophies and teachings enabling me to offer you a unique and special range of services to inspire, empower and enlighten you. My philosophy is a simple, subtle, but powerful approach.

I come from a long line of natural healers, mediums and clairvoyants going back many generations through the maternal line, and I have been aware of my own gifts since I was a young child. As a hereditary shaman (natural healer, energy adept and intuitive), I actively incorporate these into my life and work.

I have qualified as an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher (Usui Shiki Ryoho – The Usui System of Natural Healing), Shamanic Practitioner, Soul Therapist and Lifesphere Integration™ Master Practitioner / Teacher. Perhaps most importantly though, I am simply Sarah – heartfelt, genuine, compassionate and motivated to inspire, heal and change. Who needs labels?!

Shamanic practice forms a key role in my work and in my life, and I use techniques and core principles from a variety of traditions and work in my own unique way, often out on the landscape with nature and the earth. Over the years I have developed my own unique style of working, and tend to combine much of what I have learnt into an eclectic blend of techniques to suit individual needs.

I have also studied astrology, esoteric astrology and experiential astrology, but I have moved beyond astrology to something more intuitive, spiritual, personal and unique. I offer a range of Bespoke Reports as well as freely available horoscopes, cosmic insights and celestial musings, all of which can be seen on my Planet Whisperer website. In addition, I am the resident astrologer for More to Life Magazine (and website) and my writing is also featured on the international Spirit Library website.

My own journey through life has been challenging at times; the path of the true Shaman or healer is a tricky one for it involves facing the very core or essence of Self and dealing head-on with everything found there. Yet, the path of the Shaman is a calling, and when called, it is hard to ignore! I love my life and I love my work; sometimes life gets hard, but I relish the opportunity to become stronger with each passing day. I use every experience to learn, evolve and develop, both personally and professionally.
