March 2022 Forecast

Message for March 2022 It’s hard to believe we’re already in March, so much has happened in the first few weeks of 2022, it’s hard to encapsulate the intensity of different emotions all flooding in at the same time. The world feels chaotic, and the fear, anger and bewilderment is palpable; it’s all too easy to become consumed by these emotions but they start to erode the soul from within. We are currently experiencing another ‘collision’ of moments, and so many of us are feeling confused, fractured and overwhelmed. This is not only a reflection of the world around us,

February 2022 Forecast

Message for February 2022 It’s often only when we reach significant points of change in life when we reflect as to the life we’ve lived, the life we’re living and the life we’d still like to live. It’s so easy to get caught up in keeping on keeping on, trying to get from where we are to where we feel we need to be. As a result, we can lose sight of the truly important things in life until something happens that causes us to stop, pause and reflect. So many of us are experiencing such points of reflection now

January 2022 Forecast

Message for January 2022 As the wheel of the calendar year turns again, there is a sense of renewed hope as we enter January. Whilst there is still a great deal of uncertainty and doubt connected to both the global and personal shifts we are witnessing and experiencing, there is still an underlying awareness of hope rising. In many ways, hope is like a seed, and once planted, we need to tend it, nourish it and nurture it, allowing it flourish and grow. Of course, whilst there is no guarantee it will thrive, unless we try we will never know.

December 2021 Forecast

Message for December 2021 It’s hard to believe we are nearing the end of another year. As we gaze back we can see a plethora of trials, tribulations and challenges, both personally and collectively. It would be easy just to see all the hardship we have each endured, as well as the collective troubles we have faced as a society, as it’s hard to escape the news and 24/7 interconnectedness of the modern world. Perhaps we are hard-wired to see the struggles as a way to measure happiness or success? We do this individually as well, as we focus on

November 2021 Forecast

Message for November 2021 On many levels, the world still feels frenetic and chaotic, and the fear that’s being carried within so many hearts and souls is intense, penetrating and quite overpowering. It can be hard not to become immersed in this sticky, heavy intensity as it’s like a black hole, sucking the energy out of so many. For sensitive and intuitive individuals, it can be hard to create a suitable ‘shield’ from this as it’s coming from so many different angles: from family and friends, to the television, social media, and even loud conversations in coffee shops… Staying calm

Heart & Home

As I sat quietly in the corner of the waiting room by the only open window, I felt a brief sense of stillness in the hospital chatter as a cool breeze caressed the skin on my face. It’s easy to feel disconnected from the world in hospitals as time seems to move at a different speed: sometimes ‘take-your-breath-away quick’, but mainly agonisingly slow as everything becomes frozen in stasis as the day gets stretched out of shape with waiting, waiting and waiting. That morning, as the air tantalised the skin on my face like a warm embrace from a close

October 2021 Forecast

Message for October 2021 It seems to be an inherent human tendency to focus on the things that are wrong in our world. For many, it’s easy to recount all of the things we cannot do, the things we cannot have and the goals we have not achieved. Over time, our lives become shaped by our perspective, and we can become lost in a haze of sadness and pain. Most of us tend to be our own biggest critics, judging ourselves harshly and with cutting inflexibility. If we’re not careful we can start to believe that we’re not good enough,

September 2021 Forecast

Message for September 2021 I’ve long been a seeker of silence. Seeking out opportunities to embrace the silent moments and to immerse myself in the stillness that silence can bring. We live in a busy, noisy, distraction fuelled world which can make it so hard to even notice the silence, but it’s always there. It’s often the case that we need to pause and breathe deeply in order to re-connect, but it’s important to realise that silence never leaves us, it’s usually a case that we shut ourselves off from the silence. Silence isn’t just the absence of sound, far

Helping Sarah-Jane rediscover her freedom

Watch Coran’s video first then scroll down to read my words. My words come from somewhere deep inside and so are very descriptive of my situation and how illness can leave a person struggling in a world where wheelchair access is an afterthought. To make a donation, please visit Sarah-Jane’s GoFundMe page. My name is Sarah-Jane, and I am looking to raise the funds to buy an ‘all terrain’ powered wheelchair – a Trekinetic GTE. Like so many of us, I’ve spent most of my life taking so many things for granted. I never thought twice about going for a

August 2021 Forecast

Message for August 2021 We all have potential. We all have possibility. Even when we feel lost, confused or alone, when we take a breath and go within, we find the potential to grow, evolve and blossom, even when times are challenging. Life, by its very nature, is inherently uncertain. As much as we might want to be sure of the outcome of our choices, we can never really know as life simply doesn’t work that way. As mentioned previously, life is a kaleidoscope of moving parts, nothing staying the same, everything changing. Change is the one true constant in
