Message for November 2025

As I sat in the coffee shop hugging my coffee, I spent my time people-watching. Although most of the people around me were absorbed in their mobile phones, there was one man with a small child (I assumed father and son as they looked so alike!). They were fully engaged with each other, no phone in sight, just a couple of unused paper coffee cups, and the child’s imagination had come to life. I have no idea what he was creating in his mind, but the cups were soaring through the air, his dad was clapping and laughing, and the look of joy on both of their faces spoke volumes as to the power of connection.

Although the world of technology has brought us closer together, it has also created rifts and chasms as so many have isolated themselves and withdrawn to the world within their phones/tablets. We need connection to survive, and we need it to thrive.

People-watching in the coffee shop that day reminded me of some words I wrote a few years ago, and it felt apt to share them once again (with some tweaking of course!).

When we are born, the stories of our lives are, on the whole, unwritten and undefined. Letters dance around, slowly forming words, and then sentences. As we grow and evolve, the sentences grow and merge, forming storylines and beliefs. As children, we have the freedom to tap into the magic and wonder of the imagination, where we know no boundaries or limits, but, over time, conditioning slowly erodes this for many, leaving us a part of the flock of ‘normal’. When we’re young our dreams and aspirations are vibrant and alive, and it’s connection that encourages us to thrive and grow, it’s connection that helps us to channel our gifts and to live our best lives.

As a child, a cardboard box is a castle; a blanket is a magic carpet. Potential is only limited by the far realms of the imagination. If we’re lucky, this is nurtured in us by family, educators and friends, allowing us to grow and develop, embracing our unique gifts and fulfilling our dreams and goals. Yet, most of us are slowly shaped and defined by the world in which we live and, very often, the letters stop dancing around as we start walking the treadmill of what’s expected. Of course, all is not lost, but it can become inexplicably hard to extricate ourselves and re-define our way of living and being. Yet, ‘inexplicably hard’ isn’t impossible, and, with determination, it is possible to re-connect to at least some of that childhood magic.

I think we all spend time trying to sharpen the undefined pieces of ourselves. Some pieces get lost due to life events or trauma, and others fade away, losing their significance over time. Yet, we all have many pieces, and, over the years, there is a flow of pieces fading and new pieces appearing. As much as we try to remain ‘whole’, it’s important to realise that wholeness doesn’t come from trying to hold on to every piece, it comes from letting go, and acknowledging that even those ‘lost’ pieces are still with us on some level or another. Each of us is greater than the sum of our parts, and those ‘lost’ pieces will often re-surface again when the time’s right.

It’s only when we rediscover the dancing words (which never stopped dancing, we just stopped noticing them) – that we begin to see the possibility and potential once again. In our haste to grow up and live life, we often lose sight of the magic of what life truly has to offer. It can sometimes be hard to see the relevance of the imagination, or the significance of the potential within our hearts and souls, but this is usually because we are trapped in a cycle of keeping on keeping on, trying to live life, but denying ourselves the opportunity to wholeheartedly embrace it at the same time.

We are complex beings living complex lives, and it’s hard to step back at times to see the wood for the trees. It’s often only when we’re tripped up by life events, that we pause for long enough to take stock and reassess. Yet, why can’t we all create the time to pause, even for a moment, to do this? Just remember, the magic isn’t lost, it’s just hidden behind the curtains of everyday life.

I must confess that I spend a great deal of my time watching and observing, I also spend a great deal of my time listening. It takes time and patience to truly and wholeheartedly listen to another, as it means a willingness to step beyond ego and judgement, and to allow another the time and space to speak from their hearts and souls. There are many reasons people don’t listen, but often this happens because they have little time, or lack the space to accommodate the feelings or perspectives of others. Yet, like the power of connection, without listening, how can we ever truly grow or evolve? How can we step beyond the rigid boundaries we see in the world unless we are each willing to listen? Listening brings understanding, and hopefully wisdom and compassion.

The more wholehearted we become, the more we find the freedom to flourish and thrive…

As always, I wish you all kinds of wonderful.

With love,

Sarah-Jane

Aries

As you continue to re-shape and re-define your dreams and priorities, there is a sense that you are also beginning to understand yourself and your motivations on a much deeper level. You are a deeply intuitive and compassionate soul, and although you have always had a sense as to why you do the things that you do, and make the choices that you make, it seems that you are now realising the deeper patterns that have shaped your life for so long. It’s important not to get frustrated or angry with yourself for the repeating patterns, after all, until you’re aware of them, how could you know? However, now your awareness is growing and expanding, it seems important to acknowledge these patterns and seek clarity within, as to whether it’s time to change the storylines of your life. It’s not that you’re unhappy, and it’s not that you’re not where you should be, there’s just a deeper sense that your tendency to try to be everything to everyone around you, has inevitably carved out new pathways for you.

You have reached a stage in your life where being true and honest with yourself is a necessary step on your path of evolution. Intuitively you know that truth has the power to bring balance and enlightenment, and it also has the power to bring you insight and wisdom, as it illuminates your world within, showing you the importance for creative adventures, innovation and exploration. You know you need to have the freedom within your life to express your truth and to let your inner fire burn brightly, the next step is harder as it involves honouring your truth, and finding ways to bring it into every nook and cranny of your being. November looks set to be a month to let the fires within inspire you towards change. Take a deep breath and let your intuition lead the way…

Taurus

November looks set to mark a shift within your consciousness as you enter a powerful new chapter of reflection, assessment, and re-focusing, as you connect more consciously to your true essence. As a result, there’s a need to explore your ‘to do’ list of life, and to work out your true priorities. Over the years, your ‘to do’ list has grown long with ought’s, must’s and should’s; however, your wants and dreams have slipped down the list, struggling to be seen, heard or noticed. Intuitively you sense the need to correct this imbalance by taking some time to contemplate the bigger picture of your life. Of course, some of those long-held dreams may no longer feel relevant as you’ve grown and evolved on so many levels, but there are still some dreams that twinkle and sparkle, as they remind you of the power of the belief you once had that your dreams could become real. The inevitable ups, downs, and bumps of life have taken the shine off of this twinkle and sparkle at times, but it’s still within you, quietly glimmering with hope and anticipation.

Now that you are beginning to connect more consciously to your world within, there is a sense that your intuition will guide you when it comes to focusing on your priorities and letting go of the rest. Listen to your inner wisdom, and know that the lighter you now travel, the more you will make space for your dreams to flow freely. Regularly reviewing your ‘to do’ list is a good thing, as you begin to notice the items that linger on the list for weeks, months, even longer. It’s time to ask yourself why you don’t tackle these items, rather than leaving them to linger in your consciousness. This is a powerful opportunity for you to sweep clean the decks of your life, as you lighten the load, and contemplate your own needs and dreams…

Gemini

As you connect more consciously to the infinity within your heart and soul, there is a sense that every cell of your being is beginning to feel altered and changed: a little bit different and buzzy, although you’re not sure how. It’s as though you’ve shed a skin and now have the opportunity to step forwards with clarity and vision. You feel lighter as you’re shedding all of those thoughts, ideas, ideals and dreams that no longer serve a positive role in your life. It’s as though a kaleidoscope of threads, representing your core pathways and dreams are all weaving around you (and within you), and these threads are infinite in number, representing the infinity of potential you hold within your heart and soul. Yet, there’s a sense that you doubt this of yourself, and you try to prod, poke and dig about trying to find hidden meaning, or more clarity, when intuitively, you already know it to be true. It’s time to ask yourself why you push your truth away, and why you resist your intuition. Be honest with yourself; this is a conversation between you and you, so speak your truth and have the courage to listen.

You are a vibrant and wise soul, over-brimming with compassion, and the desire to be a part of a better world, yet your self-doubt undermines the gifts you have to offer. Your lack of self-belief holds you back from exploring new terrain and stepping beyond the boundaries of your everyday life. Yes, it takes strength to believe in yourself, but it takes more energy to hover on the periphery, watching and waiting. Be yourself and love yourself for it. Connect to the infinity within, and the more you become one with it, the more your intuition will flow freely. You are nearing an exciting turning point in your life, one where your needs, dreams and gifts are finally flying free…yippee.

Cancer

As you contemplate ‘what’s next’ in your life, it seems you are beginning to think more deeply about the journey of your life: the life you’ve lived, the people you’ve met, the choices you’ve made (and not made), the good times, as well as the not so good. You’ve stepped back to gain a better perspective beyond the life you’ve lived, towards the life you’re living and the life you’d still like to live. It’s easy to get stuck in a rut on the treadmill of life, as the need to keep on keeping on in order to get done what needs to be done is never far from your mind. However, this treadmill approach can leave you focused on the hamster wheel rather than allowing your phenomenal intuition to shine brightly, illuminating a different path. Although you manage the mundane extremely well, over time it can slowly push out your hopes and dreams, as the spark within you fades and wanes. Yet, now you’re beginning to contemplate ‘what’s next’, the spark within is glowing brighter and brighter, acting as a lighthouse to show you a new way of living and being.

Your inner spark is your powerhouse; it’s the centre of your wisdom and intuition. It’s always with you, but when you close the windows of your soul in order to focus on keeping on, you lose sight of the bigger picture, and you can feel lost and out of place as a result. Although you’ve always been rather skilled at keeping on keeping on, and it’s served you well, the spark within grows brighter and more energised. Obviously, it’s up to you if you choose to turn towards your inner spark more wholeheartedly, but there is a need for you to at least contemplate what you truly want in life, as you owe it to yourself to live the best life possible as you grow and evolve into a brand-new dawn…

Leo

Inner unity looks set to be a powerful theme throughout November and beyond as you take some time to acknowledge your inner workings, in a quest to try to understand why you do the things you do, and why you make the choices you make. As understandable as this is, there is a risk that you can become lost in questions without answers. It’s easy to charge through life, keeping on keeping on, seeking out answers, but there are times when you need to pause in order to let go a little and breathe. Unsurprisingly, this is one such occasion. There is a need for you now to find a deeper level of inner cohesion, to ensure that every aspect of your being is onboard with the choices you make and the paths you walk. Of course, every aspect of you is onboard, but some aspects seem less reluctant to walk the same path as the rest of you! Instead of the questions, trust your intuition to guide you, realising that you already sense the need to find unity within your heart and soul. You are on the edge of a powerful awakening, so the more you can honour your true essence, the more you will realise just how much potential you truly have.

Intuitively you know that you can’t always find the answers to the many questions you have floating around the vast chasms of your consciousness, but there’s a level of angst at the idea of letting go and going with your flow. Yet, it seems that the more you let go of chasing those answers, the more you will find a greater sense of inner peace, and it’s within this inner peace where the true wisdom resides. In fact, you are far more likely to discover ‘the answer’ when you stop looking for it. This is your time to discover a new pathway to being you…

Virgo

November looks set to be a month of inspired thought and creative vision as you continue to look towards creating more breathing space in your life. Seeking out the quiet spaces within your heart and soul is important now, as you contemplate what truly makes you happy in life. It’s easy to go through each day knee deep in keeping on with all of the necessities of life, but unless you know what you want and what you need, and maybe even having a sense of what brings you joy, how can you re-shape your life accordingly? Being knee deep (often deeper) in the day-to-day things you need to do, can leave you feeling as though you simply don’t have the time to think about your bigger picture, but unless you pause and think about your bigger picture, it will be hard to shift the balance of your life. It may feel like an impossible conundrum as there are always things to do, people to see and places to go, but there is also time to pause, reflect and contemplate if you allow it. This might sound a bit strange, but the hamster wheel of busy-ness can feel all-consuming, it’s only when you take a deep breath and step back, that you realise it isn’t all consuming unless you want it to be.

There’s a need now to consciously focus on cultivating breathing space and happiness in your life, make the most of the moments you do get and seek out ways to expand these moments enabling you to rest more wholeheartedly in the essence of space and joy. Try not to focus on the gap between where you are, and where you’d like to be, instead look beyond the gap, and towards where you are now. Take a deep breath, re-centre and realise that you’re ready to live your life as consciously and as wholeheartedly as possible….

Libra

As you find yourself standing on the threshold of change, there is a sense that you’ve reached the doorway of a powerful and important realisation. You have always been intuitive and wise, but there has been a level of resistance within you when it comes to change, particularly when it’s changing something you don’t want changed! Of course, you know that change happens whether you want it to or not, but there is a sense of caution within you when it comes to this door you’ve reached, as you know it’s a one-way flow: once you go through, straight on is the only direction. This sounds ominous, but really it isn’t, it’s just highlighting the need for you to make a decision about your path ahead, and your dreams, and to have the courage to step towards them. The powerful and important realisation is the realisation that you know you have what it takes, and you know that your intuition will guide you. For so long, you’ve allowed your mind to dominate the story of your life, but it’s time now to open the door, to allow your intuition and creativity the space to flow freely.

As you gaze deep into your soul, the chitter chatter of everyday life fades, as the unnecessary clutter falls away. In this space, you see both the bigger picture, and the finer details of your life, and you can sense the power of your strength, wisdom, creativity and intuition. It’s time now to find your own strategy for life, as you seek out ways to live as wholeheartedly as possible. Believe in yourself and your gifts, and let your intuition guide you, as you re-shape and re-define all aspects of your life. It’s time to find new ways to live, breathe and thrive, as you let go of self-doubt and finally turn the handle of the door towards the vibrant and exciting adventures ahead…

Scorpio

You have spent a great deal of your life seeking out clarity and direction, wisdom and understanding. Although you know your inner world is infinite and mysterious, it’s still a part of you, and a space to be cherished and nurtured. It’s easy to become caught up in the day to day busy-ness of life, and you often give so much of yourself to those around you, that you lose sight of where you end and where they begin. This can mean that your infinity within feels distant and out of kilter, as you’re not feeling at one with it. Whilst you manage this well, there are times when space and solitude are needed to allow you to re-centre and re-balance. It therefore seems important to acknowledge that you are a sensitive, spiritual and gentle soul, and the chaos of life can often feel so overwhelming and discombobulating. It’s tempting to want to flick the switch to off and bring the shutters down to keep the chaos out, but in reality, you know that you are simply too open and fluid for this to work. Instead of pushing it away, try to connect more wholeheartedly with your inner world, as this is the source of your power, insight and wisdom.

It takes courage to take a step back and away in order to breathe and re-balance, but you need some time and space now to look beyond the four walls of your everyday life, and towards the infinity of potential beyond. When you take some time out (even a few minutes over a cuppa), your perspective begins to shift, and clarity often surfaces. Space, mindful breathing, and creativity all are part of your toolkit for life moving forwards, and it seems wise to try to incorporate these into each day, as it’s often the times of ‘not doing’, and ‘being’ that matter now as you find power in the spaces between the spaces…

Sagittarius

You are an intuitive, creative and innovative soul; you see the world in a unique way that can make it hard for you to understand the inner workings of others, as you see so much more in a single moment. You see the bigger picture and the finer details; you see the threads that weave throughout space and time, creating the tapestry of the universe. You see both the universe and the atom, and it’s therefore easy to see why you find understanding other people so perplexing, as your consciousness is dancing around the stars, and you just can’t see the need to be focused on the games that people so often play. It’s never been that easy for you to find your place in the world, as your unique perspective doesn’t fit into the jigsaw puzzle of the ‘every day’. You express life through your creativity, innovation and spirituality, and this is what truly lights up your soul.

There is a sense that you are now beginning to unpick and unravel some of the knots and tangles within. Knots and tangles form within everyone, as an inevitable part of life, some people never notice, some choose not to look, but you have always been willing to acknowledge every aspect of yourself. In some ways, unravelling these inner knots and tangles feels like an opportunity to re-use the threads to create a brand-new tapestry, one that reflects your true essence and creative spark. However, this is also a powerful opportunity to not do that, and to nurture the space instead. Only you can decide but listen to your heart and soul to guide you, as the art of ‘not doing’ doesn’t always sit well with you, but ‘not doing’ and embracing space, brings you opportunities to re-centre, and to channel your phenomenal gifts into the here and now. Believe in yourself and know that your uniqueness will carry you towards a new way of living and being…

Capricorn

As you continue to contemplate what you truly want in your life, you have been opening up to the idea that your happiness isn’t measured by everything you do, want to do, or need to do, it’s about how you feel, and expressing your true self. It’s unquestionably hard to try to find words that capture the essence of a feeling, but when you pause and take a deep breath, you can sense the intention, as it’s a time for you to find ways to let your gifts and dreams flow more freely, and it’s a time for you to express your uniqueness and strengths with passion and vibrancy. You may be a realist, but you are also extremely intuitive, and it’s time to allow your intuition to flow into all areas of your life.

Challenging your inner critic is an important part of this journey, as your inner voice often berates you for not doing enough, trying enough or being enough. This voice is a part of you, but it feels as though it often takes the upper hand, leaving you doubting yourself and your gifts. This inner critic has grown in power over the years, not because you’ve fed it, but because you’ve left it to grow and it feels like an inevitable part of you now. Stop giving yourself a hard time, and turn towards the light of self-compassion as you start making some significant changes to the storylines of your life. Your inner voice doesn’t have to be the critic, it can be loving and supporting, gentle and understanding. It’s up to you as to the flavour and tone of your inner voice, as it’s your voice! The paths you walk are not set in stone, and the more you realise that your inner critic isn’t often right, the more you can look towards seeking out happiness and joy…

Aquarius

You have spent a great deal of your life trying to live up to the high expectations you have for yourself. You have set the bar high when it comes to your dreams and goals, and you frequently push yourself to do more, or try harder. Whilst this is a part of being human, and genuinely understandable, you have come to realise that life isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s more about finding joy in the here and now. Although you are wise, vibrant and strong, you are not a superhuman, you don’t wear spandex and glitter (not in public anyway!), so instead of pushing yourself so hard to be everything to everyone, and to set perfection as your goal, try to step more consciously into the present moment and realise just how amazing you truly are. Don’t try to be someone you’re not, be yourself and live your own life. This isn’t about letting go of dreams or goals (unless you want to), it’s about realising that life is for living now, not for waiting on the sidelines until you have everything where you think it should be for a happy life.

November looks set to be a time to let your truth find its own way, as you near a significant crossroads in your life. At soul level, you have delved deeply into your heart and soul to explore truth and what it means to you. This is your truth, your essence, and your power, so it’s important that you try to understand it, otherwise how can you express it? Truth is about how you live your life, and how you connect to your dreams and gifts; it’s your essence and sense of self, your way of living and being. You may be a complex being, but it’s time now to let go and simplify, as you re-shape and re-define the very essence of being you…

Pisces

Having the courage to be yourself looks set to be a central theme in November, as you make some important decisions as to your true priorities in life. Your heart and soul are sparkly and fluid, longing to dance and be free. Yet, the weight of life weighs heavily on your shoulders, as you have felt overloaded and overburdened in so many ways. This burden is multi-faceted, connected in part to the duties and responsibilities you have, but also connected to your tendency to sacrifice your own needs for the sake of others. There are times where ‘No!’ is the most powerful word you can use, as it can help you to define your boundaries, and it can slowly help you realise that your needs and dreams matter too.

You have always been shaped by the ebb and flow of the currents, often sensing the vastness of existence and the inherently unknowable nature of life. There are times when you have felt overwhelmed with this insight, but it has also been a richly rewarding connection, as it has brought you wisdom and strength, even during some difficult and challenging periods of your life. Your fluidity, creativity and intuition can sometimes feel hard to contain or channel, but it’s the free-flowing nature of your essence that allows you to explore the depths of your true potential. Your inner power is formidable, and your intuition is phenomenal, so trust these to bring you the strength to stand in your power. Let your gifts inspire you to become even more self-aware and awakened, as you think about your path ahead. There’s a need to live more wholeheartedly now; life is for living and for making the most of every single day. No one can know what’s around the next corner, so instead of trying to be the person you feel you should be, it’s time to be yourself; it’s time to embrace your truth…
